Lucknow, JNN. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday launched the 'Chikitsa Setu' app for health workers, sanitation workers and police personel today. He said that we have to protect ourselves amid the outbreak of Corona virus. We need to break the chain of COVID-19. All our Corona warriors should be protected, as they are the frontline who are playing an important role in breaking the series of COVID-19.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday inaugurated the country's first medical training mobile app, Chikitsa Setu. This app will protect the frontline corona warriors like doctors, paramedical staff and sanitation workers etc. to protect against infection. On this occasion, CM said that unless there is no medicine or vaccine discovered for this dangerous disease, prevention of infection is its treatment. Medical infection is an important factor in the spread of COVID-19. This app will not only protect the frontline Corona Warriors from infection but will also prove useful in breaking the chain of COVID-19.



Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that preventing the corona virus is a struggle against an invisible enemy. In the beginning of the struggle against it, there was a lack of sanitizer, PPE kit and N95 mask but today the country is self sufficient in making all these materials. He said that better treatment facility is being provided in COVID-19 hospitals ranging from Level One to Level Three in the state. Despite this, Frontline Corona Warriors need intensive training to prevent infection, which this mobile app will complete.

It is worth noting that this mobile app is designed by IAS Prashant Sharma with the help of KGMU Lucknow and National Institute of Smart Governance Hyderabad. He told that through a small video in the medical bridge app, the information about prevention of corona, use of PPE kits and masks and what to take care of in shifting the patient is given in a simple manner.



The content of this app is based on the feedback received from the doctors of the districts. It is originally in Hindi language but can be dubbed into other languages ​​as well. Through this, there is also a provision to organize live webinars by Dr. Naresh Trehan and Dr. Randeep Guleria, etc., the famous doctors of the country so that they can get the information about the nuances of infection prevention and the virus. Medical Education Minister Suresh Khanna and department officials were present on the occasion.
