What is DANCE:-
Dance is not just a movement of body this is much more as what you thinks.
It’s a passion, talent, and fame for a human. A good dancer doesn’t not exist in a low grade society. Dance is a not a business or a way of making money, it’s a passion from which you will become a celebrity face or earn so much fame. Everyone thinks that Dance is only for those peoples whose body is flexible or who did practice by giving so much money. If you have interest in dance you can do it and became a lesson for those people who thinks that they can’t do anything in there life.

The first benefit is muscle relaxing, its help in giving relax to our muscles and make them stronger by which they are able to work for long time. Its really an amazing benefits without any investment. So daily do dance and make your mind fresh.
Giving flexibility
The second benefits of the dance is flexibility. By doing dance for 30 to 40 minutes, your all the muscles and bone becomes flexible. And it this is not too much time waste for all of you. The people who are not doing gym workouts and exercises, doing dance for 1 hour is a good idea for them.
Blood Circulation
Whenever we do dance on any song with any step we felt a heat that is generated from our body. It’s a heat that is developed from the fast flowing of blood in our body. When the we do dance our heart starts pumping in a increasing speed and the blood starts flowing very fastly. By this our blood circulation in our whole body maintained. And the most amazing thing is due to the fast blood circulation our skin becomes white and glow.
Heart rate
If you ever notice that when you doing dance your heart rate becomes high. It’s happens because heart starts taking more oxygen for our body which we are using in doing dance and by this our blood start flowing in a fast speed in our whole body and transport the oxygen in our body. By fast pumping our heart also participate in the process of exercise and due to fast flowing of blood our blood filtered in our body and becomes pure.
Blood pressure
There are so many people who are suffering from blood pressure specially the old age people (above 50 yrs.). Its normal for a old age people because now days they don’t have too much energy for doing work. But some people joins dance club to maintain their energy and balance their heart rate.
Practice and functional occasion
If you are doing dance for an hour in a day then it gives so many benefits. If you have any occasion in your family then you can do dance without any hesitation and earn so much from your elders they honor you by saying you did dance too much good or they also say that can you teach me dance there are so many way to honor someone.
